Lake Elsinore is the largest natural freshwater lake in Southern California and is set against the Ortega Mountains. La Laguna Resort and Boat Launch offers many lake activities: a boat launch, wading area and fishing area, and wave runner rentals are all available within walking distance from the campsites. Seaport Launch, located on Lakeshore Drive offers the same amenities just 2 miles from La Laguna.

This is a primitive area; no picnic tables or electricity. Amenities include: water spigots throughout the area, outhouse bathrooms, rinse showers and fire rings.

** The camping fee does not include a vehicle fee of $10/vehicle per night. This will be paid upon arrival.

Reservations can be made for up to 4 individual sites; for groups of 25 people or more, please reserve a Group Site. All reservations must be placed at least 3 days in advance. There is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends and a 3-night stay on holiday weekends; no exceptions. If you fail to make reservations before the allowable 3 days, there will likely be first-come first-serve spaces available; however, we do not guarantee amenities or vacancy. s

  • Merchandise for sale: flags, water toys, water shoes, tow ropes and life vests
  • No CA Dept. of Fish and Game licenses sold here; please buy your license before you arrive.
  • Amenities: 3 fishing areas, a wading beach, volleyball, a picnic area, shaded structures and BBQs are just northwest of the launch
