In California
Many rivers and lakes still have high particulate counts, which is affecting water clarity and fishing. Routine trout plants are occurring at Silverwood Lake. Keep an eye out here for updates on the Striper action at  Silverwood Lake.

In Colorado
We have campgrounds located along the gold medal waters of the South Platte and Arkansas rivers in Colorado. For late summer fishing, we recommend the shady pools and fast water of the South Platte. Excellent trout fishing in lakes and reservoirs can be found in , Rampart Reservoir, Twin Lakes, Turquoise Lake, Lake Isabel, O’Haver Lake and Cottonwood Lake. Ice fishing has been outstanding at Twin Lakes. If unfamiliar with ice conditions, be sure to check with local sportsmen before venturing out onto the reservoir. All anglers must have valid fishing licenses and follow all state laws and limits applicable to fishing.

In Nevada
Trophy size Trout can be caught out of Wildhorse Reservoir.
